Covid 19 - Important Announcement
|
| Please be advised that IWD will operate as outlined in the List of Essential Workplaces
published on March 23, 2020 by the Province of Ontario. To ensure service continuity and limit
exposure warehouse hours will be temporarily adjusted to Monday – Friday 09.00 am – 4.00 pm.
Office hours will remain unchanged 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. |
| Please submit all export documents for same day transfer to the airlines by 1.30 pm, documents
received after 1.30 pm will be transferred next business day after 1 pm. We will no longer accept
cash at the window, charges can be paid by company cheque, bank deposit, EFT, wire transfer, Interac E-transfer,
debit, visa or master card (on site only).

| We are making every effort to provide services in timely and efficient manner, due to extraordinary
circumstances regular services cannot be guaranteed. We will not be liable for any storage, detention,
demurrage or any consequential damages including but not limited to charges imposed by third parties
due to closures of businesses and inability to accept deliveries.
We reserve the right to collect all our charges. We will attempt to pre pull containers when necessary subject to driver, equipment and space availability. Please note that charges will apply. |
| Relief of storage charges for cargoes at our facility will be considered on case by case basis at
the same time we request that all those who can accept deliveries do take them.
